What a great one bedroom home to stay in. The home is full of windows which I enjoyed. Exactly as pictured. The games that were there and the small private yard area was a special addition I appreciated. Ample space, laundry room and dining area along with a full kitchen was great to have. Large space to assist my daughter in getting ready for her wedding. Great place and host. She provided alot of instructions and information about the area.

If you are looking for a quiet, park-like setting, you've found the perfect place. I also appreciated a very well appointed kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms.

Came to Sacramento for an event and the space was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable, and in a great location, especially because of how close to downtown it was. Sway was a great host and very responsive as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Leafy Lane Studio.The place was very clean and modern and had everything to make me feel at home. Sean and Tammy were very accommodating and quick to respond to my question. They were flexible with my checking in/out time, which I greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The private outside seating area was cozy for morning coffee or an afternoon snack. I have plans to return to Roseville a few times next year, and I hope I'll be able to book my stays on Leafy Lane.

Roberta was warm and friendly. She was very responsive with instructions prior to arrival. The cottage was well-equipped, very clean, and cheerful. I was there in March and we had a lot of rain so the garden was not in bloom yet but there were different types of trees outside the three windows facing the bed. It was fun to watch for birds, I saw several hummingbirds. I asked for ice trays and she popped them over within a minute. I needed a place in my town for a mini-retreat and was so glad I found Roberta's cottage.

Great location ! , easy access and very calm it’s very quiet , this area has many locations you can walk to and it’s a play having parking on the back , host very responsive and helpful would definitely stay here again

Shelby’s place was great! Easy check in/out, convenient location to downtown and amenable host. Highly recommend staying here for you next visit to Sacramento.

Very clean and matches the description. We appreciated the local coffee and food recommendations. Walkable to the Memorial Auditorium. Would definitely stay here again.

Justin was a great and responsive host. The pace was comfortable and the parking lot next door was convenient.
