Nearby beach, airport, dog park, 2 miles to downtown Chetek. Boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Secluded cabin, sleeps 4 guests, but you have to like each other a lot. Wildlife viewing. Bald eagles, deer, otters, heron, wood ducks, muskrat, rabbits, turtles, frogs. Three kayaks, a Grumman canoe and two bicycles are available.

This cozy home was remodeled specifically to host travelers. Every effort has been made to provide the amenities people seek while away from home. Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. Slow and steady wins the race! We are tickled to introduce our second cottage "The Turtle" here at Stonehaven Cottages on Tuscobia Lake, LLC. We put in a large archway in the vaulted ceiling to give it a look and feel of being inside a turtle shell. This cozy cottage has an open concept with full kitchen, one small bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. It also has a spectacular view of Tuscobia Lake! When life gets too busy, come and slow down a bit at "The Turtle"!

Our forty-acre immigrant farmstead hosts retreat guests committed to creativity, spirituality, and learning. We're near several rivers and the city of trails. We have five kilometers of trails on the property with woods, prairie, and ponds for walking, birding, cross-country skiing, and delight. We prize healthy holistic living.
