Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Seaclusion offers a cosy bedroom, comfy double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and shower. While there is no formal kitchen, there is a microwave, mini fridge and Tassimo coffee machine for your use alone. In the little sideboard you will find plates, bowls, cutlery and salt & pepper shakers. Enjoy free Wifi and parking on the drive.

Amenities include: Hot and cold water throughout the annex, Free WIFI, Flat screen T.V with freeview, Washing machine and dryer, (separate building). Private garden area for guest use.

The Longbarn is just 7 miles from St Ives, 5 miles from Marazion and 9 miles from Penzance making it a perfect base to explore West Cornwall.

Finished to a high standard, it has its own off road free parking and a sheltered enclosed patio area with table and chairs. It is set on the edge of a quiet rural residential area enjoying country side views just three miles from Marazion and St Michael’s Mount. As such, it is ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall’s attractions and the coast paths and beaches of both the south and north coasts.

Choughs and Peregrines at Rinsey Head and seals at Godrevy. 15 minutes to the golden Sands at Hayle and St Ives.

In the heart of Goldsithney village down a private lane, it is a lovely relaxing base from which to explore West Cornwall. The nearest beach is a cove less than a mile away at Perranuthnoe. Marazion beach and St.Michael's Mount are only 1.25 miles away.

Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available.
