It’s only half a mile from the closest beach access as well as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars & parks. After a day relaxing at the beach or visiting local sites, you’ll love using our outdoor shower(w/ hot & cold water) & sitting outside in our private guest sitting area with your fav evening beverage. You can also grill up a meal on the charcoal grill. We hope to host you soon!

Salty Air Retreat

Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. The House is beautifully Renovated with the Beach access right across the street! Gorgeous ocean views. The Beach House has a open concept living area! Our House has a very large backyard for pets! One of the best values on Oak Island. We are following a strict cleaning protocol! All are welcome to our Beautiful Beach House! We have installed a new air conditioning and heating system. We have hired a new cleaning crew! Have fun!
