We had a fantastic time at our vow renewal at the villa! Thank you so much for accommodating us and allowing us to use such a beautiful space for our special day. While there were a few minor hiccups, the team was incredibly prompt in resolving them, ensuring everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, it was a memorable experience!

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

Magnifique, emplacement, très tranquille et paisible. Pour pouvoir regarder l’horizon ensoleillé tous les matins avec une brise, WOW! Bien entretenu, on s’y sentait comme à la maison avec tout l’équipement nécessaire dans une maison fonctionnelle. Le quartier est très propre et sécuritaire. À moins de 400 m, on retrouve de bons restaurants ainsi qu’une petite épicerie. Toutefois, il est fortement conseillé de louer une voiture pour les déplacements. Malgré la proximité des autres habitations, il demeure aisé de garder son intimité. Harold et Amélie , les gardiens, sont vraiment sympathiques et disponibles. Je recommande cet emplacement; Il est certain que nous y reviendrons . Nos vacances ont été formidables!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Mia Beach Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and unwind for 8 days. The house was bigger and more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The three bedrooms are huge and spread out, and the kitchen/dining area has soaring ceilings that make it feel very open, even though the only windows are in the front and back. The real star is the long terrace and the steps down to the beach; that's why we booked this - we want to be right on the water. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet, but, it is worth noting, not very walkable or swimmable. That was a mild disappointment. One thing worth noting - while the area of Pelican Key is very developed, the road in and out is atrocious. Get a SUV or something with higher clearance or you'll stress your car bottoming out multiple times on each trip in or out. You can walk to the restaurants at the Simpson Bay Resort. Finally - though we needed little during our stay, Alexandra and Muriel were proactive, responsive and helpful at all times.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s steps away from some of the best beach bars in Orient Bay. The house has a lovely deck on the 2nd floor with great views of the water and hills. Very peaceful. And there were some very thoughtful welcome amenities provided at checkin. Overall a great stay.

J'ai passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement. L'emplacement était idéal pour moi qui recherchait du repos. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en famille. Le logement est retiré tout en étant à proximité d'une zone commerciale et de l'aéroport de Grand Case.

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We had a fantastic time at Marion's house! She was amazing! The location is great - gated community between Grand Case and Marigot and not far from Orient Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. View was amazing, pool and patio were nice (we spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture), all the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! Marion had some excellent dinner suggestions (even made our reservation for us at one place that was hard to get in) and she has a hook up with one of the beach restaurants at Orient that got us free chairs for the day. It might be worth noting that the house is a part of a 4-5 unit complex with neighbors on each side and a rental unit down below. However, this was not an issue as we rarely heard any of the neighbors and there is plenty of shrubbery and other elements that give adequate privacy. We even had a couples massage on the patio one day! Overall very pleased and highly recommend!!!

Clark’s place was beautiful. It was spotless, modern, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all the extras. There were four of us and we had lots of space. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. The grounds were stunning, with a pool and direct access to the ocean. Our favorite place was Clark’s deck that had the most incredible views of the gardens and ocean. We could have stayed there all day and night watching the boats, and the ever changing skyline, and sunsets. The location was very central and in a great area. It was within a few blocks (about 5-15 minute walk) to beaches, fun cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was an easy drive to main attractions on the island (e.g., Maho Beach, Orient Bay). Clark was an excellent host - very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

The rental was perfect. The area is gorgeous. And Jamal is an incredible host that makes your stay effortless and enjoyable. Lovely stay.

Shelby was very attentive to our needs. Water is not hot but that apparently is what the island has. Water pressure is not the greatest but did the job. Being beside the airport was very convenient but not quiet. We all had a great trip and appreciate Shelby a lot.

The house has everything you could want in perfect working condition. Loved everything about this stay and Eva is a great host. I particularly loved the gym area adjacent to the house that was part of the deal. The taxi recommendation was spot on as the steep incline to the house needed a little finest. The pool was fantastic as of course are the views.

The seamless indoor-outdoor living space made it easy to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The host provided top-tier service, ensuring our stay was effortless and truly five-star. My parents and I had the pleasure of staying a week at Cheryl's lovely house. It was very spacious. For 3 people to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas, a backyard, and electronic gate was exceptional! The air conditioning was in every room and worked perfectly. Everything was in working order and there were lovely homey touches in every room - snacks, drinks, board games, books, toys for children, swimming inflatables and noodles, etc. We were literally one block up from the gorgeous beach and some of the best restaurants (Lay Back Bar was delicious)! Frankly, everywhere we ate was fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to anything such as mini markets, taxis, buses (which run along Back Street, which is 1 block behind the house) and incredibly cheap. Cheryl was friendly, warm, responsive, & professional. The airbnb made a relaxing trip even more luxurious. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook these accommodations and gladly recommend them to future guests! Thank you Cheryl!
