Private apartment with off road parking and nice garden space. Spacious bedsitting room with separate fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Only 3 minute walk down into village centre with pub/restaurant, cafe, tea rooms, sho/post office, craft/gift shop, Bonsai gardens and village green. Easy reach of some of Cornwalls finest beaches, the beautiful bay of Mawgan porth within 5 minutes drive. With Newquay within 6 miles and Padstow within 8 we are perfectly situated to explore North Cornwall

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.
