The Boat Shed

This can be your quiet getaway at the duck farm as you relax in the Boat Shed beside the pond. You will have the entire house to yourself complete with kitchen, living space, bedroom, full bath with shower. There is a loft on each end of the tiny house best suited for children and teens. The front porch faces the pond with four acres & ducks. Canoes are available fully equipped with life jackets and paddles. Swimming is allowed with adult supervision, including a rope swing and zip line.

Extra parking on the two lots adjoining the home. 5 to 15 minutes away from Lake Moultrie, river access, and all local restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart. Experience Berkeley County with a convenient app as a guide to discover local history and plan your outdoor activities. 20 minutes from Summerville and 45 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and the Dock Street Theater ( the first theater in the US).

Lo & Billy’s Place a Historic 1940s Newlywed Cabin

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design. Full kitchen; good coffee; & comfy queen bed w/high end linens. The perfect escape.

Three Little Birds- Canal Home

Welcome to life on the lake! Newly renovated, this cozy stay is sure to make fond memories with family & dear friends. Thoughtfully prepared w/ stylish lake decor inside & out, we plan to have you visit year after year! Fish from the dock in the backyard, explore the canal on paddle boards, enjoy a sunset dinner on the water or easily drive an hour to visit historical downtown Charleston for a day trip. Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
