The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
