Our guesthouse is located at the foot of Mt. Inari, offering a quiet environment where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong, so it's a little distance from the station. The nearest stations are Ryukoku-daimae Fukakusa Station on the Keihan Railway (1.3 km, 17-minute walk) and Inari Station on the JR Line (1.5 km, 20-minute walk). We have started a free pick-up service upon arrival at Kyoto Station. The meeting point at Kyoto Station is about a 4-minute walk from the station. Of course, we will also provide transportation to Kyoto Station after check-out. We do not offer transportation services to tourist attractions, so if you wish to travel by car, please use Uber Taxi. It will arrive quickly and is convenient. However, we will flexibly provide free transportation to the nearest station on a daily basis, so please rest assured. My house is very conveniently located: Keihan railway (Demachiyanagi station) is 1 minute away walking. Shimogamo Jinja (shrine) is 5 minutes walking. Ginkaku-ji (temple) is 10minutes walking. Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
