Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

We had a wonderful stay at Taylor’s Airbnb in Little Italy! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and perfectly located. Taylor was incredibly sweet and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small issue with a light, she addressed it immediately and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

We had a great stay and we would definitely come back! This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in and extremely well stocked. The instructions were very clear and we had no issues finding the place, plus it was nice and private tucked into the backyard with beautiful gardening. The hosts were communicative and friendly but we didn’t need anything during our trip. The only thing I would note is street parking does fill up quick if there are events at the school/field across. We were always able to find a spot within a block of the Airbnb but had to do a lap around the block once or twice. But with how much amazing stuff there is around it makes sense! We definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We loved our stay at Sommer's apartment! The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people. Quiet neighborhood location but still convenient access to downtown, Little Italy, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, and more. Sommer's instructions were perfect and she was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

Overall our experience and stay was nice. We loved that the manager Briana was very quick at responding and to top it off she was very polite. Property is very well maintained and we loved the game room in the garage. It was kind of dusty but that’s to be expected being out in the desert. So if you have allergies, just be aware. We enjoyed just lounging in the beautiful yard taking in the sun and listening to music. We accomplished what we wanted for our weekend, which was to just sit back and relax.

Cute and comfy place! Close to everything. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. Note that there is only a mini-fridge in the kitchen and some of the furnishings need a little TLC. But it was a good value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

Caitlin’s place is perfect for a couple and great location, with close proximity to the national park, Joshua tree and the entire area. 29 palms is easily accessible with dining spots, coffee, more. The house is on quiet road with views of town lights visible from the porch. A comfortable home base to explore the area. Recommend!

Had such an amazing and relaxing stay! Loved being able to soak under the stars. This place is by far my favorite. I loved the ambiance! It was the perfect romantic get away for myself and my fiancé. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who’s trying to get away, disconnect and unwind. Perfect location for an easy dive to Joshua tree, big bear lake, or 29 palms! Thank you so much for everything this spot had to offer! Definitely plan on staying here in the near future.

Our recent stay at this stunning Palm Springs home was nothing short of exceptional. Each room was meticulously clean and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel right at home (and it was much larger than expected). The host's attention to detail did not go unnoticed. From the well-equipped kitchen, complete with complimentary snacks!, to the comfortable bedding, every aspect of the home was designed with guests in mind. Communication was prompt and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, the property offered peace and privacy, yet it was just a short drive away from downtown Palm Springs. Highly recomment.

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

The condo was clean, well appointed and great location. There are train tracks nearby and trains run throughout the night. Didn’t bother our group of heavy sleepers but light sleepers may have more of an issue.

I’ve been on Airbnb a long time and Crystal’s place was by far my favorite stay. The beds were comfortable, the ACs were working well, great bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, we had zero complaints! Plus it was so close to restaurants and shops! Stayed here for Coachella and I will be booking this spot again if we ever go back. Fantastic!!!!

We truly loved our stay at Junn place. It was so close to everything, maybe 10-12 min from everywhere we wanted to tour around SD. Junn even offered some local recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The place felt so cozy and homey. We are clean freaks and this passed our standards.
