We had a wonderful stay. The condo is modern & spacious. It was a great home away from home. Beds were high quality & comfortable. Manuel was very communicative - always responded quickly. We really liked the location - end of the dirt street, just out of town, but easy walk to all the restaurants, shops, grocery, beach. So quiet, yet convenient. A couple of small things would be nice to have - beach towels & kitchen dish towel (had to use one of our bathroom hand towels.) We all agreed that we really liked the place & would stay there again.

El lugar es muy bonito, esta completamente nuevo, Pablo es muy amable y atento a cualquier cosa, me gusto mucho que hay donde dejar el carro seguro, la ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca de todo, hasta del aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo sin ningún problema..

Logement bien indiqué, bien équipé, il y a tous ce qu’il faut et vous n’êtes pas embêté par un vis à vis avec le voisinage ! La vue sur la végétation de la colline d’en face est agréable ! De plus, le fait que le logement soit à l’étage présente l’avantage de ne pas avoir trop de d’insectes dans la maison !

Our stay at this beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations! It was so peaceful and private and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. Most of our time was spent sitting in the shade at the edge of the beach, resting and enjoying the sea breezes. Our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nosara. Close to everything, including a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, cafés, hotels and bars. The home felt very safe and secure. The information about the area that the host provided was extremely helpful in putting together an itinerary. The outdoor patio was a highlight as a shady spot to enjoy time outdoors. I would stay here again.

Staying at Oscar's house was a perfect experience from start to finish! He was at the house upon our arrival and walked us through showing us how things worked, etc... He and his mom stayed next door the whole time and were helpful but not at all intrusive. They even shared some of the fresh fish that his mom caught with us which we cooked for one of our dinners at home one night! He also let us use his beach chairs and umbrellas, which was very helpful. The house was exactly as described and well stocked. I am VERY picky in terms of cleanliness, and it was very clean! Having two showers, toilet stalls, and bathroom sinks was very helpful for our family of 6. We also appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. Town and several great restaurants were an easy 10 minute walk down the beach. We felt very safe in Samara, but we did bring in everything off the porch at night like Oscar recommended. I would absolutely rent this house again in a heart beat. We loved it here!!!

This is our second stay at Lila's amazing property. We love it and are already planning our third trip! Hot tips for this place: it is rural. Get a good 4x4 to get here. It makes the trip so much smoother. Land Cruiser Prados are the way to go. I would not recommend cheaping out on the 4wd. I'd also suggest a Costa Rica eSIM for your cell phone. Coverage is spotty, at best. The beach is INSANE. If you do get here, and see its beauty, please keep it a secret! :) Lila's place is perfect. It has everything you need, and a bit more. It is truly an oasis. Lila is a wonderful communicator. Despite you feeling like you are at the end of the world, she's always there to help, and her local team are amazing. They show up and take care of anything immediately. Download a roadmap on your phone. Trust the local restaurants (El Barco and San Miguel are amazing). This area is sensational, and Lila makes it comfy, safe, and so satisfying! Thank you again, Lila!

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation. Douglas was very responsive and the property was in a beautiful location. If you arent familiar with Costa Rica, be prepared the roads and long travel times. The location is in a beautiful location, but doesnt have alot of locations near the property. We were looking for that so it was perfect. Douglas' instructions and recommendations were very helpful and we really enjoyed the pool on property. We also had private chefs and massages on site which were great.

Our stay at Casa Blanca was everything we could have hoped for. The view and pool were spectacular and taking in the sunsets from the patio was our favourite way to end the day. Highly recommend bringing in Mauricio for a private meal and exploring Marbella for lunch at the Tiki Hut.

First of all, I would like to thank Rick: his house was clean, well equipped with a huge kitchen, wash machine and dryer, AC in all rooms and situated in a lovely garden with a nice pool. The communication with Rick always worked well and he was very responsive. Now to the downsides (which aren't Ricks fault and beyond his influence): we traveled almost all other parts of Costa Rica during the weeks before our stay in Guiones and where shocked by the price level (a pizza, some pasta and a bit of shrimps were more than USD 170 in a restaurant nearby), the dirt (along the road is a lot of trash which you won't find in the rest of the country) and the terrible smell in the village. And while the beach is nice, the rest of the area is really not worth a visit

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait! Nous avons deux jeunes enfants et c’était super facile d’alterner entre la plage et des temps de repos. Les proprios sont passés aussi nous remettre des jouets de plage et des body board merci de l’attention! Ils sont très sympa. Je recommande le logement on a passé de très beaux moments.

The best recommendation one can give is a repeat reservation. This was our second visit to Villa Majagua and we will definitely reserve it again when we return. The property itself is located on Playa Garza and the one minute walk to the beach is through a beautiful garden awash with birds and butterflies. The property is but a five minute walk to a cafe, restaurant, and grocery store. The apartments are all clean with well equipped kitchens. The showers have great pressure and abundant hot water. The beds are comfortable and each unit has a small porch and laundry facilities. There is parking for cars. The hosts are readily available and responsive as they live on the property. We thoroughly enjoy Playa Garza.

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, todo funciona perfectamente. 4 ventiladores ultra silenciosos en cada habitación y en el balcón, aire acondicionado en el dormitorio que no usamos. Vajilla e implementos de cocina limpios y nuevos, plantilla de inducción eléctrica como estufa, horno electrico en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Colchón y cama confortables con mesas de noche (falta una lámapra en una de ellas). Televisión con cable con el contendio medio de las cableras de la zona. Excelente servicio de internet de Kölbi. Baño, inodoro y ducha en perfectas condiciones con buen sistema de calentamiento de agua. Medianmente bien amueblado.

Lovely spot with a great price. We had a really fun two weeks here. It's a beautiful property with a private path to the beach. The yoga platform and pool were both so nice. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. We slept really well with a comfortable king bed, blackout curtains, and AC in the bedroom. We loved the neighborhood, in particular being able to walk to Perozah, Estrellitas, and Malacrianza for vegan food, Blue Garza for supplies, and South Guiones for sunset. Claudia was very easy to coordinate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying here! The host was very responsive and even messaged us warning about strong currents one day in the ocean. Super attentive. The place itself is wonderful. Spacious, very clean, very much like the photos. The beds were comfortable and any issues we may have had the host was quick to respond as well. It is in a fantastic area- so close to the beach, and super walkable to whatever you needed. I would say the only thing to be alittle cautious of is the floors. The tile is beautiful but was alittle slippery when on the carpets however I did message our host about it and she let me know she would work on a solution for it for the future. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

Wonderful Condo. Hosts are very kind and understanding and the location is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. being able to walk to the beach very quickly is a huge plus.

Boris’ s place was a beautiful and comfortable space. Very close to Playa Pelada and very walkable to another bigger beach. Was a quiet building but some noise did carry from el pepperoni on New Year’s Eve but that only comes around once a year. Was very comfortable for our family of four and there was plenty to do in the area! Beds were VERY comfortable and linens were great! I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !
