Great place to stay for our family. Having a pack n play already at the condo made it that much easier for us. It’s not walking distance to the downtown strip but it’s only a short drive. We liked the quieter location with our toddler. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay, even beach chairs and toys. We will definitely be back!

As Kelly noted before the rental, the pools are not in use due to hurricane damage, but who needs a pool when the beach is right there! We had great weather and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We liked that it is north of downtown Daytona Beach and a bit quieter and less congested.

Overall we had an amazing stay, being so close to the beach is really nice. You can see the water from the deck and is an amazing space to spend time. Would definitely stay again.

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!

I had an amazing experience staying at Carla’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal, with the beach cross the street. Communication with Carla was seamless; she was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated her kindness and wishing us a happy anniversary! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and comfortable spot to stay. Thanks for a wonderful experience – I’d love to return!

Debbie always helped with questions I had. She went above and beyond and helped with some requests I had. We were very comfortable in their home and found everythig we needed. 10/10 recommend and would love to return on our next Daytona trip!

Alexis’s place was THE MOST clean Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The location was great and the view out of the kitchen window was stunning. The place was quiet and cozy, bed was super comfortable and the couch was comfy as well!! There were provided water bottles that were very appreciated! We would recommend Alexis and her lovely space to everyone we know!
