At approximately 5200 feet above sea level, the Lake Atitlan area enjoys year-round spring-like weather (70s to low 80s during the day and 60s at night). Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

14th floor, privately owned, two bedroom apartment in the Hotel Riviera Atitlan. Overlooks one of the most beautiful lakes in the world and the number of the unit is 1405. We are on the lake. You have access to parking, restaurant, grounds, beach, swimming pool and the jacuzzi next to the pool. . Beautiful apartment , spectacular view, lovely balcony. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. We have the most 5 star reviews in all Sololá.

Casa Chinga Chinga se encuentra localizada en una Bahía llena de vida (puede haber ruido) en el Lago más lindo del mundo según National Geografic. El terreno está rodeado de áreas verdes y queda muy cerca de varios pueblos. A la casa puede llegar en carro y desde ahí se puede ir en lancha a todos los pueblos que se encuentran en la orilla del lago.
