Lo mejor del apartamento, es la vista del lago, esta ubicado en el 10mo. nivel, las fotos de la página son reales, muy buena ubicación, tiene parqueo, acceso a la piscina, Jacuzzi y la playa del hotel. Cerca de la Reserva de Atitlan y de otros hoteles que brindan el servicio de Restaurante, el pueblo Panajachel esta a 5 minutos en vehiculo. Glenda atendío nuestro requerimiento, fácil check in y check out.

I will be saving this place for the next time I come to visit! Everything is close by, all within walking distance. The house was everything that we needed , like paradise. ❤️

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Wonderful place, highly recommend! Quiet and peaceful right next to a new public dock (ie easy access), and just a short walk away from the main parts of San Marcos. Sevonne was super responsive and helpful. STUNNING volcano views and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

La experiencia en la casa de San Lucas de Tolimán fue maravillosa. De lejos la mejor bahía del lago Atitlán para descansar. Pueblito muy tranquilo con un ambiente perfecto para relajar. La casa es muy bonita y todos los servicios funcionavan muy bien tal cual anunciado. Cama extremadamente confortable y muy silenciosa. La terraza con el jaccuzzi complementan toda la experiencia. Punto positivo a resaltar el atendimiento, atención y disponibilidad de Hector que siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Totalmente recomendado.

La casa es hermosa, tiene una vista espectacular al lago y cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Daniel es un excelente host; súper amable, dispuesto y con una excelente atención. Nos dio indicaciones para ubicarnos en los pueblos de alrededor y nos acompañó hasta la casa para que nuestra llegada fuera sencilla; además nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer los pueblos de Atitlán. Sin duda regresaremos.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Marion’s place. Her and Jerry took amazing care of us throughout our month-long stay. Marion helped us coordinate transportation to and from the airbnb, gave us local recommendations, and checked-in on us every so often to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The WiFi was great for remote-work, and the location was both quiet/secluded from the street noise, as well as close to the action for post-work activities throughout the week. We’d recommend Marion’s place to anyone; we’ll be back again soon!

La casa de Mutty es el lugar perfecto para relajarse en familia. La vista al Lago Atitlan y volcanes es asombrosa. El entorno natural crea una ambiente de paz y conexión con la naturaleza. Cada rincon de la propiedad fue aprovechado por mi grupo. Nuestro favorito fue el mirador. Alojamiento perfecto para grupo familiar.

Fueron muy finos y amables en todo momento, me apoyaron con las consultas y aunque el lago no está a la par como algunos esperan tampoco está tan retirado y es accesible incluso si llevan niños o algún adulto mayor 🫶🧡

This has been such an awesome Airbnb. Luz and Shawn have been awesome hosts and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful and far enough away from street noise. Of course we still have the dogs, cats and fireworks that are the typical Pana noise. Most importantly the Beds and couch and the whole house arrangement is so comfortable and home- like and fully stocked including a washer and dryer. We could have stayed longer. Hot showers and running water all day. Meeting Rolando the caretaker of the outside and Santa the caretaker of the inside has been a pleasure.

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.

En toppenvistelse! Vi var tvungna att byta boende sent på kvällen, Andrea svarade direkt och personalen tog emot oss vid grinden och hjälpte oss med väskor nerför trapporna. Sängen var enorm och den skönaste vi någonsin sovit i. Otroligt vacker utsikt, bara några meter från sjön, att vakna till. Rent och fräscht och hade allt man behövde i kök och på badrum, stor och härlig dusch. Extra tack för att Andrea alltid svarade mycket snabbt och hon och personalen var mycket omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Solo por recomendación: San Marcos(El pueblo más cercano) es un pueblo con un marcado perfil de turistas más que todos mochileros, si buscas entretenimiento en la noche en familia muy poco hallarás. pero por lo demas, concerniente al Airbnb simplemente espectacular

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.
