My family loved this home. It had something for all ages, my toddler loved the play area and it kept him occupied which is a plus. My 7 and 10 year old were occupied with the ping pong table almost the whole time. It was just a great experience overall. The host was very attentive and very helpful from check in to checkout. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Olivia and Peter are great hosts! They were very communicative and accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. The house is very conveniently located with a grocery store, restaurant, and park close by. You won't regret choosing this place as home while you're in San Antonio!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners/management company. From the moment I booked, they were proactive, responsive, friendly and helpful and they remained that way through the duration of my stay. The home was beautiful, spotless and comfortable, and despite having neighbors situated so closely, we still felt like we had complete privacy and the river all to ourselves there. I couldn't think of a single thing that I would change and I will definitely be looking into staying at another one of their local properties in the near future. This place was a 10/10 and could easily fit more people than I had traveling alone with my children, but I highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible waterfront stay any time of year. This stay was very nice for what I needed it for very different from other Airbnb‘s I’ve rented as far as used food in the fridge and cabinets. This place was nice we felt comfortable and safe I only have one complaint the water pressure in the master bathroom sink was next to nothing, other than that nice place for the money.

Check in was easy and clear! Great location, and super quiet. Had a couple of questions but she responded right away!

This space is rustic but functional. This is not a fancy place but it meet out needs.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Stay at Jacob’s was great and convenient. The place we had originally booked wasn’t available but the staff made sure to get us into another room which was even better than the original. Walkable distance to the river walk as well.

Lovely apartment located about a half hour walk to the main riverwalk. It's close to the Pioneer Flour Mill cafe and there are a few restaurants nearby. Recommend trying Leche de Tigre Cebicheria Peruana and the coffee at Burgerteca. The apartment is located near the railway so can be noisy if the trains are running. The pool is lovely but not heated but you can get used to it.
