Super clean and nice place to stay for family for a short visit in LA. - 30-1hr drive away from main touristy spots in LA (already very reasonable commute time because it's LA traffic ) - Close to groceries and great and affordable Asian restaurants if you don't choose to eat in central LA areas - The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, has two parking spaces, spatial backyard and plenty of entertainment in the house to keep our toddler busy - The house has everything you need, even surprised to find air fryer If I have to be super picky, I wish the place would have fewer plugin air freshener, it smells nice but a bit too much fragrance for my toddler.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Super clean and perfect for our stay.

Elaine was great as a host. Very communicative and everything was in the right place. It gets a little windy in April, but we enjoyed the pool and the furniture outside. Home was in great condition, cleaners for the pool came, landscaper came as well so everything was in tip top shape! Would stay here again if/when we return to Palm Springs.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

My birthday weekend was great because of the safe and FUN stay at Darla's place. I loved the nook and the bed was plenty comfy. No complaints.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness. Diana and Terry’s place was exactly what we needed for a three night stay to watch the Indian Wells tennis tournament and play tennis every morning. Location was great and every thing was as described! Communication was on point and we hope we are able to stay in it next year. It was a five star stay all around and thank Diana and Terry for a wonderful stay!
