My 13 year old nephew and I enjoyed the space and location. Being able to walk out to the beach any time was wonderful.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

I have traveled extensively around the world, staying in various locations. Despite the common perception of border towns being unsafe, I must say that this particular place is exceptional. With full-time security, utmost privacy, and a beautiful location, it is truly a safe haven. What stood out to me was the owner's exceptional service - holding onto items I left behind and ensuring their safekeeping until my next visit. This level of care and thoughtfulness is truly unique. Without a doubt, this is the ideal accommodation for anyone visiting Tijuana.

This is a really lovely spot. Right on the beach, great view of the ocean loved the sound of the waves. Apartment well maintained and clean. bed was great. Very nice rooftop patio We had a great stay.

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

It was our second time staying at Michelle’s home, we enjoy more and more every time. The sunset by the pool at 7pm was simply breathtaking, We will def plan on coming back 👍🏼

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

Had such a peaceful time here! Quiet, clean, gorgeous view. Super fast wifi was amazing for work! And my favorite part is being able to hear the ocean all day and night. Will be back again!

We had a great stay ! Clean apartment in a great location - right next to the beach with a beautiful view of the pacific. Lots of good restaurant options nearby which was a plus! Kitchen was well equipped and Daniel had plenty of beach toys for our kids. Loved it ! would love to return

This beach house was amazing — exactly as described and even better in person. The space was clean, spacious, and felt like a private mansion, with stunning beach views visible from every room. Unlike many listings that exaggerate through camera angles, Tony’s place was accurately presented. The property is peaceful, private, and secure — located in a quiet community with a manned entrance that checks IDs. While that added a small step coming and going, it definitely enhanced the sense of safety. The house is a little remote, which we actually appreciated for the peace and quiet. Uber pickups required a short walk to the main entrance, but this was a minor tradeoff. Tony and his property manager were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We were greeted with a quick, helpful tour upon arrival. The location is perfectly situated between Rosarito and Tijuana, with convenience stores and restaurants just around the corner. Would stay here again!

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

Cristina’s place was wonderful! You truly feel at home from the first moment you walk in. The location is private and homely. There were times when we were the only people at the beach. Christina was super responsive at all times and met all accommodations. We will definitely be coming back!

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Molly took great care of us from the get go. The place is a great central location to see it all. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family but you’ll want rental cars or bikes to see the area. But they even have parking. She made our stay a breeze. Thank you Molly for everything.

Aric's place was as advertised and fantastic. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Literally less than a one minute walk to gorgeous Mission Beach. Aric was very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend it!
