Perfectly positioned 50' from waves, in one of La Jolla's most coveted coastal enclaves, this Suite offers tide pools just feet away from 500' patio & spa, with small 234 sq. ft interior with en suite king bed inside, private & joyful. Dining table & some cooking outside but absolutely NO FOOD SCRAPS down the drains nor coffee grounds. Stony beach access from next door park, sandy beach close by, egrets & pelicans fly overhead. Espresso and microwave, frig/freezer, electric fry pan, Netflix.

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Canyon living in the heart of “SoNo” (on the border of North Park and South Park). Bright two bed one bath apartment. Situated on a quiet dead-end street with canyon views, but less than one mile to South Park center, two miles to North Park center, and three miles to Balboa Park and the zoo. The apartment was custom built on the bottom part of our home and is completely private with a separate entryway. Space includes living room, dining area, large kitchenette, & Deck.
