We have stayed in this community many MANY times. I will say this.... You can't beat the location! The views and accessability to the beach, pool, parking was phenomenal! The beach toys and extra fans were great! The artwork in the unit was awesome and the owners brought a new table for the patio that was really nice! On the other hand.... this not the most updated condo, not the best equipt kitchen, and not the comfiest beds we have ever had in this community. For the extra money we would likely choose another unit next time.

Everything was perfect and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!! it was convenient that The washer and dryer were there. Definitely would stay again.

I was looking for a place for spring break with a pool and Aurrora's place was perfect! Has everything you need, is easy to locate, and is in such a great location. I would book again!

100% Wonderful! Lovely cottage. Very clean and pretty. Everything you need is there & in good working order. Beautiful gardens, peaceful, safe. Hot tub was hot and well maintained. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the gorgeous beach. We had a very, very good experience here. Thank you. Highest recommendations.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The kids and I especially loved the hot tub, which was a fun and relaxing way to wind down each evening. I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna, but it’s a nice extra touch. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I also appreciated that the owners provided tea and coffee for their guests. While the apartment is technically suitable for more, I’d recommend it for no more than two people, as the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. The location was excellent, and we had no trouble finding parking right in front of the house. Finally, the host was very responsive and attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

My family loved this place! It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, eateries and convenience stores. You'll get used to the airplanes flying overhead every 20 minutes (and they don't fly after about 11 pm, so that's nice). Check in, and out, was super easy. We're already planning on coming back for summer!!!!

Loved this cute cottage sanctuary steps from the beach and boardwalk! It was incredibly well-stocked for 3 adults who cooked all our meals at the house. We loved the patio for mealtimes and relaxing. The hot tub was lovely and hosts provided proactive instructions to maintain how nice and clean it was! Bathroom was clean, too. We appreciated the beach supplies available. No kids in our group, but we noticed how the Airbnb was stocked with many toys and supplies! Walkable to plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, and grocery store. Andrea was super helpful and reached out over text to ensure a smooth check-in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful and very comfortable, surrounded by nature. The area was peaceful and perfect! You could even hear the beautiful birds during the day and the amazing frogs and crickets at night! Such amazing atmosphere! The host was super nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

This is our 2nd time staying at Devon’s and it was as wonderful as the first time. Easy check-in, it has everything we need, and super convenient location. We’ll likely stay there for a 3rd time.

Great experience, great location. It's on a main street so it's busy with traffic, at times. Not a bad thing, but just something to point out. The front is private and gated from the traffic by a beautiful and inviting area to lounge and hang out with our pups. Lovely home with all that we needed during our stay. Great host and super responsive! Would love to stay again!

I recently visited Victor’s house for a month. The house was exactly as pictured and he was very responsive throughout my stay. I brought along three medium-large sized dogs. The yard was perfect for them. It was difficult to find a place in SD to stay with bigger dogs, let alone that has a fully-fenced yard, but it exceeded my expectations. I was also able to cook, given all of the kitchen utensils. There was even some spices, coffee, and a Brita to use. There were various kitchen gadgets available as well. Never having experienced CA before, I never gave parking a second thought. Victor’s place is great because it has a driveway, guaranteeing a spot no matter the time of day. Victor was thorough, friendly, and accommodating. If I were to visit again, I would definitely stay here!

We have stayed with Lisa multiple times in the past year. It’s like a home away from home. Very easy to get to and convenient to visiting friends and family. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy place inside.

Had the best time at Lance’s place! He was super responsive and helpful, check in was a breeze and the place looked even better than the photos! A cozy spot very close to bars, restaurants, shops and the water!

We feel so lucky to have spent some time at Eleanor’s cottage, tucked away on private land yet so close to San Diego, the beaches of North County, and all kinds of amenities and shopping. The cottage is spacious and airy, the fenced in yard was so great for our dogs, and the views are absolutely amazing. Everyone we met on the property was friendly, and we felt very welcome there. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed, and the living room was comfortable. I was thrilled to find a watercolor set with brushes and even managed to do a couple of sketches one afternoon, plus there are a good selection of books to browse. The internet is fast, and there are two TVs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Eleanor for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Stephany’s cottage. The cottage is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store & public transport. The cottage was cosy, clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the private outdoor space as well. Stephany was very responsive any time we needed anything. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the cottage!

Quaint little respite just outside of the city in a rural vibe. Hosts were very responsive and even helpful when I needed to borrow a chock for my car! The parking space is on a slight incline and my handbrake isn’t the best. Still worked out great. You get used to the toilet paper situation. The nature makes up for it :)

Beautiful scenery / surroundings , peaceful and private.

I booked Robert's place as it was close to a wedding venue we were coming into town for. The location was perfect and close to so many great places. The house was perfect with all the amenities we needed and more. I love the personal touch of snacks and a fridge full of a variety of drinks. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. He also had a steamer which made it nice to touch up my husband's suit and my dress. I could go on and on about what a great stay this was. I would 100% book his place again when coming back to San Diego.

Literally my favorite place I’ve ever stayed at. Judy’s place was so perfect for me and my two kiddos. We took our scooters down to the beach every morning and evening to search for treasures. Judy was so communicative and easy to reach! The place was quite literally spotless which I feel like is hard to find with airbnbs that are so visited but this place was freaking magic. The shed has everything you could ever need for the beach and the house is thoughtfully curated for families. Everything you could possibly think of is already taken care of. We walked down to Carlsbad and grabbed dinner and ice cream and walked around. Trust me when I say, book it. It’s truly the best. 💁🏼‍♀️ We can’t wait to be back!

This was our second stay at Rachel’s listing. We had a wonderful time as usual! It’s in a great location and walkable to the beach and the bay! We were able to find parking whenever we needed it as well close by. Rachel was super responsive and provided us with what we needed and more! The house is extremely clean and comfy. We had a fabulous long weekend at Judy’s place! It was perfect for our family’s needs. There were beach toys and games available which the kids loved. We enjoyed cooking and eating around the big table together, and slept super well each night. We appreciated the fans available in each closet for some white noise but they truly weren’t needed as it was nice and quiet. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach just 3 minutes away! It was also so convenient having laundry available when traveling with kids. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back sometime soon!

I had an extended stay at Daniel’s place and had a great time. The place could not be in a more perfect spot close to everything you could want to do. It was the perfect California experience. Daniel was also responsive and provided great recommendations. Overall this was an awesome time!
