The place is highly recommended, if you are looking for a family friendly place, you will definitely get a privacy. Overall our stay we did not encounter any problems at all. Will definitely be back to this place.

Casa El Chico was awesome for our group stay. Plenty of space, super clean, and every room had A/C, which was a huge plus with this summer heat. Neil was a great host—really easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would totally come back!

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

Jocelyn is a great host. That includes her co host Madel. We wanted to stay a night so we can go to the casino nearby. It was a spur of the moment decision, that practically you can’t find a place just like that, but Airbnb was an easy search. It was a perfect place for our purpose, but an add on to is that it was very clean, comfortable, with a vibrant aura to the house. Our overnite stay was not enough to enjoy this place so next time this will be our #1 choice for the area.

Host is very thoughtful, all throughout our stay may free bread na masarap and the place is really spacious na pwede ka mag zumba sa sala. The kids really enjoyed the pool too and as a plus, they’re pet friendly. 💖 We’ll definitely book them again.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Christine was my actual host. She did an incredible job taking care of my needs. If you truly want a spot for 2 to 6 people, this is a great hidden jewel. You will have to get used to the busing system to San Fernando, Caba, San Juan etc... to see other local sites, but if you want to just hang in a comfortable spot for a couple of nights, this place is special.

The host’s mom was welcoming, the place was clean, spacious, and the AC was sufficient (a very good thing because of the summer heat). It was a pleasant stay. The host was also very communicative.

Our experience at Carol’s place was exceptional. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Carol was a fantastic host, offering clear instructions and promptly answering questions we had. The location was ideal, close to main attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and comfortable stay! Will probably stay here again.

the location was good and the caretaker is very friendly and accommodating.

The communication was seamless and efficient. The location is easily accessible, with numerous dining and bar options in close proximity. The premises were clean, and the bathroom was spacious. I would gladly stay here again.

Overall great stay. The room is clean. Aircon is very good. WIFI is fast. The host is very responsive. Ate caretaker is okay too. Some bits. First, the parking is quite tight especially if u have an SUV. Second, it’s location is not by the highway so it may be a problem for people w/o cars. And finally, there was a road construction on the faster path to/from San Juan beach. This is not the owner’s fault but it might be something to consider. A lot of roads are getting reconstructed along elyu, almost the same roads from last two years :)

Sir Greg and his son is very responsive, they provide clear instructions and their place is nice and relaxing, with great windows view specially at night. We'll definitely booked again with Sir Greg on our next trip to Baguio.

This transient house was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, giving it a cozy 🫰Then, check-in was smooth, and the front desk service was responsive throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Hannah Trasient House to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay. Can't wait to stay here again on our next trip! 🫶

Very nice accommodation , strong water pressure , very clean and spacious unit , centrally located and near everything ! We would have love to extend but the unit is no longer available Will definitely consider coming back if we are in Baguio again !

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chadi’s place. It was simply wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Her staff were super friendly and helpful. The condo staff were great as well. We enjoyed all the amenities. From watching K-dramas to sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the enclosed balcony, we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, a wonderful city park, and night market. We’re already planning our next visit.
