This downstairs unit is quiet, private and recently remodeled. This unit has a 50" TV with internet TV, WIFI, full size couch, full-size kitchen and a luxurious king-sized bed. The outside deck is the perfect location to take in the amazing views, relax and recharge for your next beach adventure.

It has a living room (with queen-size wallbed), a bedroom, kitchenette, a private patio, backyard and full laundry facilities. Everything you need is at your fingertips including easy local transit. Free street parking is available. If your car is small, my driveway is available as well.
