There is a pool table for fun and games with a TV, Apple Play, a dedicated work station, a dedicated outdoor space with a fire pit, a peloton, and a sauna. The building is a Duplex. Please note you might hear some footsteps from above or sometimes hear the odd voice from the street, it's generally peaceful as far as Marina SF though.
