Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

The Cottage

No cleaning fees! Private 350 sq ft cottage on a shared 1.3-acre 1952 property with its own entrance & private side yard with fire pit. Vaulted ceilings with an open, villa-style feel. Walk to downtown Livingston shops and restaurants. Clean, simple, & thoughtfully prepared—ideal for those who appreciate charm over luxury. Family lives onsite. You may hear normal activity, and our border collie Loki may say hello. East Texas country living includes seasonal insects despite regular pest control.

Willow Springs Cabin is a 960 sqft cabin on three acres of wooded land. Purposefully designed with couples in mind to relax, reconnect and make new discoveries. Welcome to Simply Red lakefront.

This is the perfect couple retreat. Fish, use the paddle boat or bring your kayak, great birding and photo opportunities. Slow down and relax and reconnect with nature and each other. This is a simple cabin. Clean, comfortable and great views from every window. It is raised so there are stairs inside and out. Once upstairs you feel like you are staying in a tree house. There is currently no internet available.

Hilltop Cabin on 33 Secluded Acres with Pond

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the fire pit and view of the valley flowing into the pond. Wander the trails through the woods to the dock, and canoe the pond. We are grateful to be able to share our family getaway with you and hope the memories you make last a lifetime! Pets are welcome - no fee!

Private lakefront retreat

Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
