Serviced Apartments als Ferienunterkünfte in San Juan

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

My family and I stayed here after having a horrible experience with a different airbnb. We were able to book short notice and we were very satisfied with our experience here. It was very clean, we had parking, and it was right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Ivonne’s place was the perfect spot for my vacation! It was so close to many great restaurants and coffee shops, and the perfect spot to stay if you’re looking to spend time swimming and relaxing on the beach. We never had any trouble finding Ubers to go to other places around San Juan, and felt very safe walking around at all times of the day and night. It’s a studio apartment so it may seem small but we were there for a week and did not feel too crowded. The balcony overlooking the ocean was also an amazing addition and I enjoyed reading my book and drinking coffee while listening to the sounds of the ocean most mornings during my trip. Ivonne was a great host! She responded to me almost immediately when I would have questions, and was very kind and welcoming! If you’re looking for a very chill, comfortable place to stay near San Juan I highly recommend staying here! Thanks Ivonne!

Our third visit to PR was perfect. We’ve rented an Airbnb room at this location twice prior to booking with Irving and were satisfied but it was booked. A bit hesitant booking a different room but took a chance. Prior to our trip, Irving informed us that there is a possibility the room that was advertised may not be available because they were being used to house earthquake victims which we sympathized and understood. He offered other rooms that were not yet remodeled. He sent pictures and we were okay with it. When we arrived And checked in we ended up getting the room that was advertised. It was excellent. We had a view of the pool, coconut trees and beach. We are looking forward to our next trip to PR!!!!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay here!! The location was walkable to so many great restaurants. Condo was super clean & secure beach/ pool access. Niurka was an outstanding host! Super attentive and responsive at check in time as well as throughout our stay!

Lulu was amazing, very responsive and always willing to help. The place itself was perfect, it was walking distance to the beach.

Came for NYE weekend and was so happy with the room and location. Right around the corner from the beach, and we could see fireworks from the balcony (extra perk). Will be coming back again soon!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Janette was incredibly kind and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends. Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Chonte was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending our mornings by the pool or on the patio and our evenings exploring. Thanks to the staff our stay couldn’t have been better. Our drivers Voss, Javier, Carlos, and Maggie were absolutely phenomenal. Always prompt with picking us up and making sure the vehicle was large enough to accommodate our group of 7. As well as offering recommendations. Chef Claudia prepared the most amazing meals for us and Monica came in daily to clean/straighten up. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. 5 stars all around!
