Enjoy a relaxing stay amidst country charm (including goats and barn cats) in this sparkling clean, quiet, and sanitized 2 bedroom apartment in a converted barn on two acres just outside the Northeast Paso Robles City limit. Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Also included; free use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and portable air conditioner. STR Permit #0135

Pet Friendly Bright & Airy SLO Apartment

Located near the South Hills Hiking Trail in SLO, this newer apartment features great views and is close to many Central Coast attractions. This apartment is built above our garage and features it’s own private entrance. The space is very bright and contains all the conveniences to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There is no designated dog yard. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog in our neighborhood. We have EV charging.
