A leisurely 15 minute walk alongside local restaurants and boutiques takes you to lovely San Pancho beach. Each unit is private and independent with separate walkways and entrances. Amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, basic kitchenette and bath items as well as unlimited refill of filtered drinking water.

Casa La Bodeguita consists of two levels of living space overlooking open space and coconut palm trees. The home offers two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The bathroom features a large vanity with a natural stone shower. The kitchen provides all the essentials and wood cabinetry. The first floor lower terrace has a granite top table for four along with a cool plunge pool. The second floor roof terrace has a wet bar, a table for six, gas grill, and lounge chairs.
