My space is a modern contemporary apartment in San Pedro Del Pinatar. The apartment is an Easy 10 minute walk to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We have a balcony and roof terrace with electric remote control awning and tables, chairs and loungers. There is also a beautiful communal pool. We have big smart cable Tv with English and Spanish channels, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and everything else you might need during your stay

It has a modern American style kitchen with elec hob and microwave and breakfast bar. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower. The property also has a balcony to seat 4 people. There is also a dining table. It is situated 5 mins walk from the beach where there are many bars and restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.
