Perfect spacious cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to York or nearby towns. One tiny fault: when in the garden or opening the windows, be prepared to be exposed to some noise from passing cars and countryside smells:) But the sunset was worth it!

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

What a great place to stay! I booked Lynda and Fraser's place for a group celebration with friends and it was the perfect place. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for groups, so many plates, glasses and wine glasses. The dinning table is really big, and we used that a lot. There are three big comfy sofas, perfect for socialising and having a chill. The bedrooms were great, the bunk beds were comfy and again lots of space, with nice views from the windows. There is also a lovely large outdoor table to the side of the property, with a cover over it where we had breakfast. Communication prior to the stay was fantastic. Lynda and Fraser responded to all my questions really quickly and they kindly recommended some walks and pub lunches. The property is in the middle of nowhere, so it is a great place to get away from everything and just relax. The countryside is truly beautiful and great for walks. Would 100% recommend. Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.
