A beautiful, spacious, single storey, stone-built barn conversion, The Linhay is one of 4 historical cottages at East Trenean Farm. This one-bedroom cottage is ideal for couples with a gazebo covered hot tub with an amazing countryside view. A tranquil place to relax, yet only 3 miles from Looe and its beaches. The cottage has an EV charging point, BT Fast Broadband and is non-smoking. The bedroom has a super-king bed that can be arranged as a twin. Towels and linen are included.

With an enclosed garden with your very own pet ducks to look after. This little home is on a working free hold with lots of lovely goats, donkeys, shetlands and poultry. The property is in within easy walking distance of the beach and right next door is a fantastic fish and chip shop.
