Ground level apartment with unlimited access to the pool and pool house which boasts an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, Bar, bathroom and outdoor shower. Private laundry on site. Walking distance to The Reefs Hotel (restaurants, spa, scooter and electric car rental), Church Bay beach, Gibb’s Hill Light House, and Turtle Hill Golf course/ Boundary restaurant, and bus stops. We have a dog which will be contained in the main house. Note: unfortunately we are not walking distance to any grocery stores.

Chequers Upper Ocean unit offers a comfortable room with glimpses of the North Shore and the combination of a garden and pool setting on the edge of Hamilton City. The pool is shared with 2 guest units and the owner, who lives in the main house. The entrance to Chequers Ocean is seperate, to the side of the main house. Come and stay where the tree frogs sing you to sleep and the birds serenade you awake.
