Was a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I was out with a hunter and it was a great central location for the areas he needed access to and house was great for me to relax while they were out.

We enjoyed our stay at Peggy's Country Cottage. It was nice to get to an area where we could slow down and enjoy the beautiful area of Manti. Wish the weather had been warmer so that we could have enjoyed the outdoor seating that was provided. We did feel right at home. Beds were comfortable to sleep in, a warm shower, and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have a problem connecting to the internet, but Peggy and Tosh were right on it to help get it straightened out. If in the area again, we would enjoy staying again at Peggy's Country Cottage.

This is an outstanding place to stay with convenient access for mountain bike races or touring! Perfect for Utah MTn bike NICA events.

Great place. Peaceful and quiet. The description doesn’t talk about the great lawn, shade trees, and swing. My 4 year old daughter loved the swing. We stayed for a high school bike race in Manti. Basement was great for the boys and the upstairs for couples. Living room was great for hanging out and talking about the race. We had no issues with smell. We did smell it around town when farmers were watering their fields in the evening. No big deal.

Good quiet location.

The house is beautiful, and the yard is really peaceful. The natural light is beautiful! And all of the bedrooms had room darkening shades so you could control how much you get. There's also lots of open space. Plenty of Bathrooms and easy for a group on different schedules. There's a great coffee shop within a short walk, and plenty of options for food close by. Easy freeway access, but still quiet and peaceful. The mattresses on the main beds are quite firm - just a heads-up for anyone with a bad back. The bunk bed mattresses were a bit softer. The only issues we had were that counter was sticky, the grill was dirty, we had to remove a few spiders, and there were some dead bugs in the windowsill. I would've rated cleanliness when we got there at 4.5 stars if it was an option. All things considered, our stay was amazing. The owner was generous and kind, and responsive when we had questions. Check-in and check-out was really easy and straightforward.

The ranchette was wonderful for our family with lots of children. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong and chess. It was cold so we didn’t play outside but it looks like it would be even more fun in the summer. So much to do here! It was a great little getaway. We visited the Spring City art gallery and Ephraim.

What a fun weekend! It felt like home away from home with the perks of a swimming pool and lots other things to do. There were so many fun ranch style touches throughout the home and property. Definitely an amazing place to stay with easy access to the nearby towns.

we were looking for a place near Spring City and this was affordable for us. Cindy was very accommodating and helpful we stayed in unit 4 on the second floor and it was just right for us. we were visiting friends it wasn't far from town. and we ended up spending more time at the ranch because they were hosting the international mounted archery association competition. a wonderful sporting event to get to watch and talk with the participants and learn about A whole New World horsemanship and sportsmanship!

We extended our holiday weekend so my girls could swim in the pool. Thanks

Beautiful cozy place to make family memories!

We had a great time. The room was clean and easy to find. Our kids had fun on the little playground.

Great peaceful get away. We were there for a bike racing event so unfortunately didn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked. I would like to come back and possible to host a small family reunion.

Loved the place, fit our crew perfectly

What a gem of a place. So thankful for the owners to share their space with us travelers! Woke up to the sound of birds, cows and elks every morning! The amenities were well kept - fishing with the two ducks everyday was the highlight of our trip. This location is also very close to Maple Canyon which was a bonus! Easy to access with a side by side. To top off the trip, Gene came by was knowledgeable about the land and its history, he also had great recommendations! Will definitely make this trip again from Vegas!

We loved it! We came for my train living son’s birthday, and it was perfect! Much more roomier than we expected.

Great spot - looking forward to being back next month.
