Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Doppelschlafsofa im Wohn-/Esszimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Terrasse mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Tennisplatz (auf Reservierung und gegen Bezahlung), einen Gemeinschaftsgrill, einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Parkplatz ohne zugewiesenen Stellplatz und ein Gemeinschaftsschwimmbad. 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich der Grüne Weg Sant Feliu de Guíxols-Girona-Olot, sehr angenehm zum Spazierengehen, Joggen, Radfahren... und 300 m entfernt befindet sich der Strand von Sant Pol und der Camino de Ronda. S'Agaró ist ein Wohngebiet mit zwei schönen Stränden, dem Strand von Sant Pol (der der Wohnung am nächsten liegt), der sehr schön und leicht zugänglich ist, mit feinem Sand und flachem Wasser auf den ersten Metern (ideal für Kinder und Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen) und der zweitnächste Strand ist Sa Conca, der in einer für die Costa Brava typischen Umgebung und Landschaft liegt (Pinien, Felsen und wenig Bebauung in der Umgebung). In S'Agaró finden Sie die notwendigen und grundlegenden Geschäfte (mit sehr guten Qualitätsprodukten) für Ihren Aufenthalt (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Fischgeschäft, Apotheke, usw.), die das ganze Jahr über geöffnet sind. Platja d'Aro ist 4 km entfernt und verfügt über ein großes und vielfältiges Einkaufszentrum, Freizeiteinrichtungen und Restaurants. Dort gibt es auch einen großen Strand und eine Promenade. Und nur 20 Minuten entfernt liegt Sant Feliu de Guíxols mit seiner eleganten Promenade, der Rambla, dem Wochenmarkt (sonntags) oder der Einsiedelei von Sant Elm. Girona (einen Tagesausflug wert) ist 30 km entfernt, Barcelona 100 km, ebenso wie Figueras. Und die schönen Dörfer des Empordà und der Costa Brava sind nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt. Von der Wohnung aus können Sie herrliche Touren zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto machen.
