Willkommen in Masia Can Casas, einem Landhaus im typisch katalanischen Stil aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, das sich mitten in der Natur in der Mitte der Maresme Region nahe des Dorfs Sant Iscle de Vallalta befindet. Can Casas besteht aus dem traditionellen, zentralem Bauernhaus und seinen Nebengebäuden, die in 2022/23 vollständig renoviert wurden und heute einen modernen Standard mit dem Charme eines Landhauses bieten. Ein Schwerpunkt des Umbaus war Can Casas komortabel, dabei aber nachhaltig zu gestalten. Wir sind stolz darauf, dass unsere Gäste nur einen kleinen ökologischen Fußabdruck hinterlassen. Wir nutzen Brunnenwasser für den Pool und die WCs, Fotovoltaik für Strom und Biomasse für die Heizung. Mitten im Grünen gelegen sind wir aber nur 10 Minuten von den Stränden in Sant Pol de Mar entfernt. Unsere modern eingerichteten Apartments bieten Ihnen den perfekten Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Natur zu genießen. Die ca. 50 qm großen Appartments bieten auch für Familien ausreichend Platz. Mit einer modernen Küche und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet sowie einer eigene Terrasse mit Blick auf das bewaldete Vallata-Tal können Sie sich in einem Apartment nach einem Tag am Meer zurückziehen und die Natur um sich herum genießen. Alle Apartments sind mit Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, um Ihnen an allen 365 Tagen des Jahres einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ein WLAN mit 600 Mbit-Anschluss ermöglicht auch digitalen Nomaden in jeder Ecke von Can Casas ein problemloses Arbeiten. Für längere Aufenthalte stehen zudem kostenfrei mehrere Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich verfügt Can Casas über mehrere Terrassen, einen beheizten (April – November) 12x4m Pool, einen großzügigen Garten mit Bereichen für Sukkulenten, Zitrusfrüchte und Gemüsegarten, eine Sommerküche mit Grill sowie einen Hühnerstall.
