Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Jörg’s , el trato ha sido exquisito, y la casa es espectacular, una piscina muy grande y muy equipada. La casa la entregaron muy limpia. Un 10 de nota. Pedro Perez y familia

Casa fantástica. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia es ideal. La piscina, las vistas, las instalaciones… la ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del centro pero necesitas coche. La casa se nota que es nueva y todos sus accesorios y equipamiento también. Sin duda repetiríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar destacamos la comunicación. Había una fuga enorme en la manguera del jardín y tardaron más de 1 hora en cogernos el teléfono y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a solucionarlo. Por otro lado, como sugerencia, estaría bien una zona de sombra en la piscina.

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. ¡Tuvimos una experiencia excelente! Los anfitriones fueron sumamente amables y acogedores desde el primer momento. Se aseguraron de que nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. Nos dejaron algunos snacks de bienvenida que nos sorprendieron gratamente, un gesto simple pero que marca la diferencia y demuestra el cariño y la hospitalidad. El lugar estaba limpio, bien organizado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y, sin duda, recomendaríamos esta estancia.

Una casa muy bonita, bien equipada y con una piscina fantástica. Ideal para viajar con niños.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

Mark fue un anfitrión encantador. Nos ayudó a conseguir una cuna de viaje y una trona para nuestro bebé y así evitar tener que llevarlo nosotros. En la llegada fue muy flexible, de hecho entramos algo antes de lo acordado porque así nos lo ofreció. La casa muy cómoda, tal y como se muestra en las fotos.

¡Es perfecta! Tiene un jardín espectacular y una ubicación excelente, la piscina tiene un tamaño ideal, por la tarde tiene sombra gracias a la casa.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet place. A bit tricky to arrive in the beginning. very comfy and well maintained. The place around has enough services to stay but you need to go by car for sure. The host had very fast communication and we managed well. We will definitely come back again!

Magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Toute équipée spacieuse et en accord avec la nature... les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils.. à l'écoute et réactif si besoin. Une vue à couper le souffle !! Calme , spacieux ! Villa de prestige qui comble toute attente...

Carlos gracias por recibir a mi familia! La pasamos genial , gracias por estar al pendiente siempre. La casa es hermosa, cómoda, todo para hacernos felices una semana completa. Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

volveremos sin duda, casa muy amplia, limpia y con todo tipo de comodidades. Nos ha encantado

Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Maison très spacieuse, fonctionnelle fidèle à la description. La piscine et le parc tres agréable et bien entretenus. Il faudrait penser à réaliser quelques petits travaux de rénovation notamment les carrelages au sol dans la chambre double du fond et le couloir et il manque la climatisation à l étage au moins. Néanmoins nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour.

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben komplett ausgestattet und in einer angenehmen Urlaubsgegend gelegen. Es hat einen tollen Pool, auch die Parkmöglichkeit am Grundstück ist perfekt. Silvia war gut zu erreichen. Meer, mit weitläufigem Hundestrand, ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sin dudarlo han sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido nunca, una casa preciosa y muy comoda en un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante, rodeada de naturaleza y fauna en la que pasar unos dias de lujo y desconexión.Casa muy bien equipada,terraza fantástica,barbacoa estupenda para disfrutar en familia,buenas vistas,la huerta de Rafael,los campos de Naranjos , simplemente maravilloso.Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina que esta super bien tanto para mayores y niños,todo un puntazo el tener hamacas como tiene.Otro punto a favor que solo tardas 10 minutos en coche asta Peñíscola para ir a la playa o lo que apetezca.Rafael el padre de Sara es muy atento, simpático y agradable,la primera mañana que nos levantamos allí nos habia dejado en la terraza una caja llena de verduras de su huerta,BUENISIMAS!!!todo un detallazo por su parte,en fin,si se puede el próximo verano nos gustaría volver y poder repetir esta experiencia tan buena que hemos tenido.Lo recomiendo al 100x100

Muy buena acogida por parte de Marc y su esposa Olga. La casa y las instalaciones de lujo, muy bien cuidada con todo detalle y todo muy limpio. A 10min en coche de Vinaroz, zona muy tranquila para desconectar. Muchísimas gracias por hacer que la estancia fuera más agradable.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et dans laquelle rien n’a manqué. Tout est pensé pour passer de bonnes vacances, des jeux de société aux bacs à linge. La maison et son extérieur sont parfaitement pensés, et il nous a plu de séjourner dans une maison fonctionnant à l’énergie éolienne et solaire. Une magnifique piscine, un barbecue extérieur, un four à pizza extérieur, une douche extérieure pour les retours de la plage (à une centaine de mètres à pied), des hamacs, et un espace très agréable sur le toit de la maison avec vue sur la mer. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette maison, dont l’hôte et s’est montré très agréable et disponible.

Cette Villa est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est superbe ! Les infrastructures sont merveilleuses ! Je reviendrai l’an prochain sans hésitation ! Les hôtes sont super arrangeants ! Sans oublier Rosa !! Une femme magnifique, gentille, accueillante, qui fait tout pour que nous soyons plus que bien ! Nous avons passées de superbes vacances ici et nous sommes triste de ne pas avoir pu réserver plus longtemps ! Merci pour ces vacances !

Ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf. De kinderen hebben ontzettend genoten. Wij komen zeker terug! Tot slot is ook Laura een geweldige host.

Un super accueil par le propriétaire, très sympathique et très accueillant. Nous n’avons pas été gêné par la barrière de la langue, le propriétaire parlant très bien le Français. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour, et nous remercions encore Amador pour sa sympathie et son authenticité.
