A simple comfortable space located in a quiet urbanization for you to feel at home. The apartment is completely private, but you will share the patio. The room has air conditioning, tv and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a tv where you can watch Netflix. There’s a mini electric stove, mini refrigerator and a microwave in the kitchen. Wifi included and a desk in case you need to work or study. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you.

The local dining scene is outstanding, with El Badén being a short walk away. Island Scuba is about one min walk for those who enjoy scuba diving. El Bosque Estatal de Guánica (the Dry Forest) for our hikers is about a 20 min car ride.

Cozy nest in the mountains close to the sky with balconies from where you can see the Otoao Valley. The home is on a 3-acres land with trails of fruit trees. Conveniently located at the end of the road, which provides an unsurpassed peace and tranquility. We are between 15-mins from the nearest Walgreens, downtown Utuado, and other stores including grocery stores. 40 mins from the beach.
