The place was very clean, with many extra items to make a stay comfortable, iron and board, washer/dryer, first aid kit, extra blankets, 2 types of bed pillows… The building was extremely clean also and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shared area on the roof is well maintained and very comfortable . The location was a short walk to very nice shopping and restaurants . We walked at night and felt safe. Our host was excellent. She answered any question we had, and reached out with extra information.

I usually don't write reviews. However this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back. It was very modern and cozy. I really enjoyed my private bath. My daughter loved using Alexa. I actually loved the fact she had Netflix. The washing machine washed and dried clothes. I have visited Santa Cruz many times but this place was my favorite. Some places in Santa Cruz say they have certain things and it turns out that they don't. Definitely just as nice as the US. Thanks Grace for being very responsive.

Diego was a gracious and accommodating host and so was the front desk/concierge. Very nice, spacious and comfortable. Awesome bed. Great swimming pool that you can actually do laps in. Lots of coffee and dining options within a 5 minute walk.

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

Condominio muy bonito, hermosa casa y cómoda para familias de hasta 8 personas, la Sra Toti (coanfitriona) es súper atenta de excelente carácter y muy honrada, estuvimos hospedados durante Navidad dejamos un sobre con dinero ( regalo de mi hija) la Sra Toti se encargó en que tengamos el dinero de vuelta.

El lugar es tal como lo muestran, todo muy bonito para pasar un fin de semana en familia, la anfitriona estuvo pendiente de cualquier duda en todo momento

Excelente lugar! El departamento se veía pequeño pero fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. El espacio de la churrasquera ideal. Sin pedirlo Jorge nos ofreció cambiar de fecha si queríamos debido a las lluvias pero decidimos quedarnos, y al día siguiente que nos tocaba irnos nos ofreció poder quedarnos más tiempo. El "mar" muy lindo también y todos los espacios que habían, muy tranquilo, sin duda volveremos! 10/10

It is a lovely independent house within a gated community. So it is safe and very comfortable inside. You can rock yourself in a hammock overlooking a green garden.

I recently stayed at this family-friendly apartment in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is well-located and provides a comfortable, clean, and spacious environment. Although I didn’t explore nearby attractions, the location’s convenience was a plus. One thing to note is that the building's facilities are for homeowners only, so they weren't available during our stay. The host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a family stay in Santa Cruz de la Sierra!

El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado, a pasos de una gran variedad de restaurantes en una zona que se sentía bastante segura y agradable. Es un departamento tipo estudio, pequeño, pero muy cómodo y con un bonito balcón, en general todo súper con el lugar.

It was a perfect apartment (with 4 separate bedrooms) for me and my friends in Santa Cruz. Lots of space for everyone, great views from the 12th floor. We stayed there for 2 weeks so I can definitely vouch for Andrea's apartment. I would definitely rent it again. Security guards at the main gate keep a good tab of everyone going in and out so it definitely feels safe. Gracias Andrea!

The location was great, place was as described. It was clean, convenient with concierge and elevator service. I can’t say enough regarding the hosts. They were super hosts. Responsive and Attended to every need. We would definitely stay there again.
