Great taste in decor. Balcony was bigger than most condos and still felt private. Third floor made it feel like a home rather than condo and had a comfortable layout- did not feel at all like a narrow condo you’d normally expect. Had everything you could need to include perfect beach chairs and every appliance and great cookware.

Throughly Loved our stay at Eddie’s beautiful beach home! Definitely a priceless gem! Great location with beautiful beach themed decor! Immaculately clean and updated! Enjoyed the gorgeous balcony view that was like no other! Honestly seemed as if we were floating on a cloud right over the Gulf! The short walk to beach, restaurant, vehicle, and local attractions were on point! So impressed with Eddie and his place! He was also extremely welcoming and made us feel like family!! The perfect little beach spot!! Quaint and so peaceful! Couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you for a blessed trip!! Cannot wait to return! 🥰🙏♥️

Perfect location with a beautiful view. We had never stayed in a Condo before so we didn't know what to expect. We liked the ease of getting to the beach and the nearby restaurants. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. Space and bedroom/bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen had everything needed. We had flight changes and it was easy to extend our stay.

Stayed a month at Lou’s place before we moved and was the best way to end our time in Navarre. Right across the street from the beach and coffee half a mile walk away. Lou was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared that we had a positive experience. The condo has everything you’d need from from beach chairs to cleaning supplies. Would love to return when back in Navarre.

Great condo, excellent location with great views of the ocean (and dolphins!). Hot tubs were hot and so was the one pool. Host was very responsive before, during and after our stay. Beds were extremely comfy.

The condo was very nice, well stocked and easy to find. Close to the beach, just a short walk across the bridge over the pond. Great for a short stay!!! The only complaint I would have is that there is not a washer or dryer in the unit so may be a little inconvenient for longer stays. But there is a coin laundry on the premises. I would definitely recommend this unit or any of the units at the complex. We have stayed in 4 different units in the past couple of years and they are a great value with a great location. It is a little ways from the heart of Pensacola Beach but if you like a quiet place to vacation without the crowded beach this is your place. Jenni is an awesome host that is super responsive and friendly.

The place was great! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to town. Restaurants and stores were very close. Location was nice and right across from the beach. Can’t wait for my next trip. Hopefully this is available again.

Great location and the space was perfect for our few days in Pensacola. Easy to find, and the place had everything we needed, and bonus very easy to get to the beach and restaurants.

Was in great proximity of several things that we wanted to do. Was clean and well equipped with items to make it feel like a home away from home.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

This place is super convenient to the airport

Ronin’s place was perfect for our needs! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! It felt like home! We went there for the weekend for a beach trip and the drive was short to Navarre beach. I will definitely stay there again! We really appreciated the hospitality and great communication!

Our stay at Brandon’s was very peaceful and looked exactly like the pictures he has posted on Airbnb . He responded very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. There were a lot of good restaurants around the apartment to choose from. Highly recommend staying here when you come to Pensacola!

The place was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Beach toys were available including boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. There were bicycles available as well; however, we had to put air in the tires using the bicycle pump provided. Most places say steps to the beach in this case it was very true via our private access. Our view of the water/beach from the living room/dining room was fantastic. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic condo and location!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Furnishings were unbelievable. We cannot wait to come back. Location is perfect. Beaches are beautiful.

This condo was just what we needed to accommodate our family of 8 for the weekend! We traveled from Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia to see my daughter graduate from UWF with her master’s degree and made a little vacation out of the trip. Danica’s place was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed the beach, which is right across the street, oysters at Peg Leg Pete’s, and walks on the sound. We found crabs, jellyfish, and lots of shells. We also happened upon some guys fishing and got to see them reel in a shark right behind the condo on the sound. So cool! This condo is family-friendly and offers beautiful, peaceful views of the sound. I definitely recommend coffee on the balcony so you can watch dolphins while you sip. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome place and host! would go again!

Our stay was made outside with the communication from Shane. He was very helpful and answered all our questions at the beginning of our visit. At the end I had questions about how we were to leave the place upon check out and again Shane was timely and informative. Location was awesome, walking distance to restaurants, beach and marina. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The porch views of both the Gulf and Sound were beautiful. Great location about a 5 minute drive from the pier and beach access across the street.

The view was awesome. The condo was clean and quiet and the perfect place to spend our vacation. Just a walk across the street to the beach with restaurants nearby. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Brandy. The one thing that would be helpful would have more drawer space in the second bedroom. There was plenty of room to hang clothes, but the shelves above were full of extra blankets and pillows. They’re also was no place really put our clothes away. My husband and I basically lived out of our suitcase this week. All in all I would recommend it. It was a perfect place for a vacation and we would definitely come back.

This is the first place I've stayed where I arrived and was amazed by how much nicer it was than I imagined. I was transitioning to the local area for a new job. The booking calendar was open, surprisingly, and Colleen and Paul were gracious enough to allow me to use this space for the first 30 days of my transition. The condo is incredible. You enter and it opens up to this large beautiful kitchen, living room and big glass doors showcasing this million dollar view across the sound to Navarre Beach. Everything was perfectly clean and stocked. There were even some thoughtful starter items, such as a few laundry pods, dish washer pods and other essentials - which were much appreciated as a new arrival into town. Colleen and Paul were very responsive from the start and just plain old nice, friendly people. Check in instructions were very clear. Local recommendations were provided. Just a truly great experience all around. Thank you Colleen and Paul for this experience!
