Couples Getaway - ☼ Surf studio w/pool

Studio Terra is a cozy studio bungalow located in the best location of Santa Teresa: 5-min walk to the beach (surfing), a pool, quick access to a supermarket (2-min walk), and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The perfect balance of beach access but far enough from main road making it serene. The property is well suited for a variety of guests: couples, digital nomads (Starlink + Wifi + backup power) or several individuals who don’t mind sharing space to save money.

At "Selva House: Vista," wake up to wave views from bed! This cozy bungalow is just a 10-minute walk to Hermosa Beach, perfect for couples. For groups of friends, rent its sister property, "Selva House: Jungle," a beautiful one-bedroom home on the same property. The bungalow is attached to our house but fully private, with shared pool access. It doesn’t have a kitchen but includes an electric mini oven, a mini fridge and breakfast essentials: coffee, milk, bread, butter, and fruit.

This entire private, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Beach House, on a white sand beach, 5/7 min. walk to town, (or drive on dirt road parallel to beach) includes spectacular gardens, swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, 2 bedrooms, 1 w/AC, 2 baths, full kitchen, outdoor dinning, washing machine, dryer, wifi, BBQ and secure parking. The jungle behind is home to countless birds/wildlife; and the sound of waves, lapping at the beach right in front, will lull you into a deep peaceful sleep.

The bungalow is built in a warm, friendly wooden surf shack style. Sitting backed into the jungle a mear 400m up the side of a hill on a secluded private road, overlooking playa St Teresa from the famous surf break, Suck Rock to the North, down to La Lora in the South. It's a few minutes walk uphill from the main road but the atmosphere and the privacy is worth every single step. The beach, surf rentals and a grocery store are all in 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.

Casa Simsalabim is located in a very private and quiet area north of Santa Teresa, in our private valley. Beach, restaurants, and supermarket are only a 5-minute walk away. The house offers plenty of space to relax, on the terrace – perfect to unwind and disconnect. For those who need to work, the house has a 100 Mbps fiber connection. Please note our houses are not party venues – we ask all guests to respect the peaceful environment. A 4x4 vehicle is required!
