Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

The stay was amazing. Home was beautiful and spacious which was great for a large group. Communication was excellent and helpful throughout the whole way. Would surely stay here again.

We had a great time at the Penthouse. It was a beautiful space with lots of room for a large group. The rooftop was amazing and the best place to hang out with awesome views.

Our stay here was wonderful, the place was clean, the location was wonderful, the rooftop was beautiful! Only issue we had was the living room ac was not working at the time, but the bedrooms got cold!

Brian’s home has truly been a fantastic experience for my family and me — far exceeding our expectations in every way. We’ve been so pleased that we decided to extend our stay, and throughout this time, Brian has not only been an exceptional host but also become a genuine friend. His kindness, warmth, and dedication have made this stay unforgettable, and we are deeply grateful for everything he has done.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

We had a wonderful and peaceful time. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful with all of our needs. The house was clean, beautiful and fun. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was fabulous. Would totally recommend this house. Thank you.

Me gusto mucho el lugar, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar en una casa, el host respendia todas mis inquietudes en cualquier momento super rapido; las muchachas encargardas del lugar nos ensenaron todo con mucho detalle; es un plus que puedas llamar a el cormado para cualquier cosa y llegaban super rapido.... lo unico que cambiara seria las condiciones de los camarotes pero aun asi las camas estuvieron super comodas

Everything about this stay was Perfect. We had clear communication with the hosts. We received the exact locations it was easy to get there and once there we were greeted by the host. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be able to stay again in the future

Mi estadía fue corta pero, me encantó quedarme aquí, las atenciones del anfitrión fueron excelentes; desde un inicio la comunicación fue muy buena; tenía rápidas respuestas de su parte lo cual considero muy importante al momento de rentar el Airbnb. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al apartamento; lo cual exhorto a que lo tomen en consideración para que su estadía sea satisfactoria. La zona donde se encuentra es tranquila y segura. Me hubiese encantado quedarme más tiempo pero, está en mi lista de Airbnb que volvería a visitar. ¡Este lugar es recomendadisimo!
