I stayed as a student for almost 5 months at Selçuks place. I always felt welcomed. When I needed help with something, Selçuk always lend me a hand. He always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He is a very nice and kind host. I will come back!

Eine gute Wohnung für mehrere Personen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das einzige unangenehme ist der Weg zur Unterkunft, da das Wohngebiet auf einem Hügel liegt.

İlk airbnb deneyimimdi. Vize görüşmem için konaklama sağlamıştım. Konsolosluk yakın olmasına rağmen ev sahibi beni arabasıyla bıraktığı için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Schöne Unterkunft in Metro Nähe, viele Lokale in der Umgebung, gute Ausstattung

Das Haus habe ich nicht gleich gefunden, Aysun war nicht da, hat einen Schlüssel für mich hinterlassen und eine sehr umfangreiche Checkin Anleitung geschickt. Es ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung im 6.Stock. Mein Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Bett ist sauber, groß und weich. Es ist alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, im Zimmer, in der Küche, im Bad. Die Dachterasse ist groß, man kann hier auf 3 Seiten über Istanbul schauen. 4 süße Katzen leben auch hier, meistens auf der Terrasse. Wenn man Katzen nicht mag, sperrt Aysun sie auf der anderen Seite der Terrasse ein. Aysun ist tagsüber am Arbeiten, kommt nachts zurück. Die Kommunikation ist exzellent, er beantwortet schnell alle Fragen, hilft und hält die Wohnung sauber. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 900m von der Metro Levent 4. Supermärkte, Restaurants und viele andere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Ich hatte hier eine gute Zeit und werde wieder kommen🤩

öncelikle ev sahibi her soruya kısa süre içerisinde yanıt verdi ve çok yardımcı oldu. biz aile olarak 5gün kaldık, çok memnun kaldık. temizlik konusunda tabii ki de kendi evin gibi değildi ama temizdi ve bunun da normal olduğunu düşünüyoruz. banyo ve tuvalet hakkında şikayetler okudum. koku yoktu ama tıkanıklık yapan borular mevcuttu. 1dkdan daha az süre beklediğinizde su zaten gidiyordu bu kadar abartılacak bir problem olduğunu düşünmüyoruz. çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı, bulaşık makinesi de vardı ve uzun süreli misafirliklerde çok büyük bir konfor olduğunu düşünüyoruz. evdeki eşyalar da 5 kişiye yetebilecek şekildeydi. eşya konusunda da problem yaşamadık. otopark da büyük arabaya sahip acemi bir şoförün girebileceği bir otopark değildi ama biz girebildik. güvenlik konusunda hiçbir şüphemiz yoktu. evin konumu güzeldi ve her yere rahatça ulaşım sağlayabiliyordunuz. kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık, gözardı edilebilecek problemler her yerde mevcut. gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederz

I had an excellent stay at Mertbey's place! He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was very helpful with tips and guidance on public transport, which made getting around so much easier. Overall, he was a fantastic host – welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. من أجمل تجارب السكن في اسطنبول، الإطلاله كانت شرحه وجمييييله🤍 الاقامه كانت مريحه بدءاً من عمل ال check in الذاتي كان سهل جدا المكان كبير ونظييف جدا، جميع الأسرّه مريحه، الشراشف والأغطيه كانت نظيفة جداااا وجديده، يوجد حمامان، لكن واحد فقط يوجد فيه دش للسباحة المطبخ مجهز بكل الأدوات الموقع جدددداااا جميييل في ترابيا، تحت السكن كافيهات ومطاعم العيب الوحيد أن الشقه في الدور الثاني والدرج حلزوني يعتبر وعر بالنسبه للأطفال وكبار السن ولا يوجد مصعد متعب بالنسبه لحمل الحقائب

Great place, with amazing views of the Bosphorus. Nicely decorated, but guests would need a small shopping trip for provisions as minimal provided (and no complimentary bottled water or coffee pods). Previous reviews on the stairs are not exaggerated so one to watch for older guests and/or anyone with substantial luggage. But worth it for the view. Good advice from the host and previous guests re problems with the address for taxis - we used the Rumeli Kale câfé address, which worked. The two upstairs bedrooms had issues with power (easily and quickly explained by the hosts), heating and no hot water and unfortunately smelt bad. Would recommend.

Really close to a beautiful neighborhood and the place has everything you could need. It is a ground floor apartment which was something to keep in mind. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Everything is perfect, very safe location

Celal's apartment was very clean with all basic amenities and services. They offered us to and fro cab service for airport. They were present to receive us. also helped us carry our bags to the apartment and also while leaving the apartment. They were responsive and brought us another lighter for the stove when asked for. They also treated us with Turkish delights and a nice souvenir. They were very friendly and showed affection to our 8 months old baby. The apartment's location is also good and tram/bus stops are nearby. Just keep in mind that Istanbul is a bit hilly so walking uphill for the tram stop with a baby can be tricky. Overall a very good experience. P.S. The location which is shown in the app and the actual location of the apartment is a bit different, although they escort you to the actual location themselves. But in the description of this listing they don't mention that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. So, people with baby or old age can have problem.

We stayed as a family of four, travelling with two young children. The host and his uncle were very organised with our request for them to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport with a child car seat installed, and checked the details with us a week before our arrival. We were personally welcomed and greeted at the door by uncle despite a late arrival around 9-10pm in the evening, and he helped us carry our many bags up to the 5th floor via the lift. The property is located on a hill, so we appreciated the transfer directly to the front door. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and they even organised a change of linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment during our stay for no extra cost. Our children especially loved the playground nearby at the bottom of the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. A Dreamy Stay with Unforgettable Views! This apartment was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Istanbul! The floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen/living area opened up to a patio with incredible views of the Bosphorus. You could spend hours just watching the maritime activity, birds and pods of dolphins! The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an excellent coffee machine and a great selection of teas. The beds were cozy, and my son especially loved the jacuzzi tub — a big hit after long days of sightseeing. The neighborhood was fantastic: full of cool coffee shops, stylish clothing stores, and a creative vibe. It felt very local, hip, and fun. We also appreciated how convenient it was — only a 10-minute walk to the tram, metro, and ferry, so getting around the city was easy. I can’t recommend this place enough.
