CWS visitors welcome! This thoughtfully curated home offers all the comforts you need — with the added magic of lake life. This lakehouse is fully remodeled & has so many unique features including 2 primary suites in main house, plus a 400 sqft guest house ensuite (available Mar to October only)! Other features are over 20ft ceilings in the great room, a large deck, & spacious lakefront beach. Each bedroom has a smart TV, blackout shades, fan, bamboo sheets, Serta or Sealy mattress, & an Alexa. The main floor primary suite is very spacious w/ multiple ADA-compliant features & ramps available for front door.

We are close to the largest Hyvee store in America (2025), Henry Doorly one of the largest zoo's in the world, Fareway, Walmart, Nebraska outlet mall, gas stations, movie theaters, hospitals, skating, Vala's pumpkin patch, scary acres, trampoline parks, nice restaurants, downtown & in neighborhood with low crime rate. We are near i80 but far enough not to be bothered by the noise. If you want peace of mind this is the place to be!

Your stay includes exclusive use of the main house (2 bed/1 bath), separate studio house (1 bed/1 bath), the lake toys (lily pad/kayak/paddleboard), sandy beach and dock. Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Note: No unapproved guests/parties.

The home overlooks a large beach with a dock and water slide. The lower level includes a massive patio and indoor/outdoor game room with tons of arcade games. The main level of the home has a massive deck with multiple dining areas. The interior is newly updated, cozy and bright.
