We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

We enjoyed our three night stay very much. We love to walk, but yet being just a few short blocks away from Main St meant we could walk everywhere yet have a quiet place to sleep at night. The parking, while not a dedicated spot, was never an issue - always right out front. The kitchen had just what we needed since we only planned to have breakfast each morning.

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.

We had such an amazing stay! It’s a perfect location and was exactly what was advertised. Would stay there again!

Very relaxing location, and cozy house

This is a great little place to stay. My wife and I in several of our friends stayed here for a couple days. The super restful and the lake was beautiful, especially in the morning when the sun came up :-) Maighen and Shawn we're super friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay there again if we're there :-)

Everything was as listed. Nice and clean. Modern furniture, fixtures, and tile. Made me feel at home but in the country. Would stay here if I could every time we visit.

we had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful weekend and enjoyed some fishing off the docks as well, my son caught his first large mouth bass which was an amazing memory for the records.

I am a consultant working on a project here in Hartwell and stayed at Dan's place for 4 months. Dan is an absolutely amazing host. He is communicative, attentive, and ALWAYS very quick to respond. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no issues feeling at home the entire time I was staying here. I will look to book here first when I come back to Hartwell later this year. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful. Private. Fun. Perfect for our family of four including our two very active young boys who loved playing in the water and fishing! Such a fantastic family vacation on the lake!

Not only is this condo in the heart of Sea Pines and Harbor Town, there is no detail left unaddressed. Coffee pods, towels, beach bags, detergent, etc. We had such a great stay! Thank you!!

Our stay was wonderful. Billie was always super responsive and accommodating. The place was exactly as posted. Plenty of room for me, my parents, and my two small kiddos. The location is great. Right on the lake. We caught some fish off the fishing dock. The walking bridge is super cool too. The pool was nice and clean. Would come back and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo looked just like the photos. The location is very convenient to the beach and shops/restaurants. We had a good amount of space for our family of 6.

Amazing stay! Relaxing beach theme vibe . Friendly neighbors and safe place to travel. Owner very responsive , she is very considerate of giving us early check-in as soon as the property became available that day. Our expectation exceeded ! Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

We came here for a short little honeymoon and loved this condo! Being on the second floor made the views gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!
