Boligen ligger mellom byen og marka, begge i gangavstand, ca. 10 minutter. En flott beliggenhet om du er interessert i turer i det alpine landskapet som omringer Svolvær. Et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske Lofoten. Boligen del av en generasjonsbolig med egen inngang. Det er mulig å parkere to biler utenfor huset, om sommeren tre. Fantastisk utgangspunkt for randoneeturer, friluftsliv, toppturer og fritidsfiske. Stort bad med varmekabler, gode muligheter for å tørke klær. Wi-fi, KabelTV, PS3.

Pittoreskt hus intill badstrand

Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.

Vom Haus und der Terrasse hast du einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See – besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind unvergesslich. Nach der Sauna kannst du direkt im See schwimmen und die Stille genießen. Vores hyggelige nyopførte (2022) anneks ligger i hjertet af det gamle Nordby. I annekset er der stue, stort køkkenalrum, 2 værelser (i det ene er der en dobbeltseng, i det andet er der 2 enkeltsenge), stort badeværelse og entré. Fra boligen er der 5 min. på cykel til færgen, 10 minutter på cykel til stranden og 0 minutter til indkøb og midtby. Der er egen terrasse, hvor der er god plads til at hygge og nyde vejret. Ydermere har annekset egen parkering lige ved døren.
