Great location and cabin. Jennie was very communicative during my husband’s stay.

This home was absolutely gorgeous with the best views of surrounding nature. It was full of character and had plenty of room for our family. With so much charm, we felt right at home. The street was immensely quiet and peaceful. It was only about 15 minutes from Knoebel’s amusement park- which is the reason for our trip. It was about 10 minutes away from local food establishments. Close enough, yet far enough away! We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We would love to come back again. Thank you for having us!

everything on the stay was ok until we noticed that was a leaking from the bathroom right above the stove. I messaged to get fixed they were able to send someone in but he left in the middle the work to attend another emergency. When we came from work at night no water in the house. After speaking with the owners they were trying to get someone else, but nothing happened after 1 hour, so I end up going to hotel with the crew. Steph I want my refund.

Just what we needed to get a way from the city for a while. Place was clean, had extra blankets for movie night and suited our needs. Would definitely rent again. Robert was kind, responsive and available if needed.

If you’re looking for a simple, quiet getaway, this is perfect! Location is quiet and somewhat secluded, the dogs really enjoyed the yard, and the house was comfortable and clean. No frills, but just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

My husband and I loved the place! It was the perfect little getaway for the two of us. We are both big into hiking, so the short walk to the Appalachian Trial was awesome!

A charming old stone house in a very quiet and scenic area. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owners are so friendly and respond very quickly to any questions you have. Great place to stay.

We stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked to do some Thanksgiving meal prep. Linda was very responsive and accommodating.

Had an absolute amazing stay! Host was great, very accommodating, quick responses. Pictures are exactly as seen! The views immaculate! Very spacious, includes a bar, pool table, hot tub, swings, trampoline. Had a blast with the kids, felt like a kid again!

This was my second visit to Mimm’s. It was wonderful four years ago when I visited with my family and was again superb for my recent visit with four friends. Mimm’s is an authentic farmhouse on a property with a working barn with farm animals. The house is filled with antiques and small touches like quilts and period wallpaper throughout so that one is immersed in the farm feel, but the house is also immaculate and has excellent WiFi, lovely bathrooms and other modern amenities. Marcia, the host, is very responsive, practical and clear. My friends and I are looking forward to a return visit.

Everything was just as described. The pictures don’t do the apt or surroundings justice. The basement apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. Very modern & beautiful decor. My family enjoyed the pool and sitting area. We enjoyed having our night & morning coffee in the lovely bench area in the yard. We made our meals in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, which we loved coming from a busy city life. The king bed was super comfortable as was the multi setting shower. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend. Would book again next year.

We stayed at Zhargals’s place as it was close to Knobels. The house was nice and spacious. Would recommend if you want to go to Knobels as it’s only a 30 minute drive.

Beautifully serene location that was super convenient for us to get around to visit family & friends in the area. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This was our third stay at one of Mike's properties and it lived up to our (high) expectations as always! The house is beautiful and so interesting. There are unique surprises around every corner, including chocolate coins and hidden buffalo nickels for the kids (and grownups) to look for. This Airbnb is comfy, cozy, and fun -- you don't need to do much outside of the property but, if you do, there's plenty nearby to keep you entertained!

This place was truly a dime a dozen. The cabin was spotless and nestled over a beautiful overlook of changing leaves. The fire place and abundance of timber were a great touch. It amazed us how nice the owners were! We got a flat tire and Chad was quick to help us get back on the road! The owners came by to check on us to make sure we had enough propane and firewood. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re looking for a getaway from all the city noise. Don’t be like us though, make sure to bring linens, extra cooking utensils, and ice to keep all the perishables safe. Thank you so very much Jennifer and Chad!

First time staying at Mike's Cabin. What a great spot in the woods. Instructions were spot on and communication was outstanding. We took full advantage of the wood burning fireplace and the extensive library selection. We did some cooking so the well-stocked kitchen was helpful. The beds were very comfy as well. Such a relaxing stay. Highly recommend Mike and his little slice of paradise in the woods. Amazing Stay! We hope to return in the Spring.

Such a great place. Historic and unique. Just a block from the Yuengling factory and gift shop and downtown. It is 3 flights of stairs to the room just a heads up. Ron was very accommodating when I ask to reserve another night in short notice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

It was easy to find, The Cabin was warm and clean with everything you need, They sell firewood which is helpful. The firepit setting was perfect, The night time sky is perfect, Its worth a trip.

Finally was able to stay at the cottage (had to cancel last year d/t an emergency). Beautiful location, accessible for our needs, perfect get away. We'll return in the future.

The listing was accurate. Does not contain a microwave which would have been good to know beforehand, but wasn't a deal breaker by any means. The kids had fun with the basketball game offered in the lower loving area! House is older, could use some updates, and some of the neighborhood houses are boarded, but with time this area could really live up to its absolutely stunning view of the mountains from the back patio! Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed for a trip back home (I grew up in this town) and the post is very accurate to all the surroundings and sites to see. Fair warning the driveway is steep but easy to get in and out, and so worth not having to park on the street. Inside was gorgeous and super clean!
