Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. Our open-concept kitchen with an island is equipped with the basics for your cooking needs after a trip to the Farmers Market for fresh produce.

Recreation trail (20 miles of paths, creek and falls), entrance from our street. Bus stop on corner. Driveway in front of bungalow is yours! No through traffic, peaceful.

First floor flat in historic Italianate home. Renovated with love. Gorgeous kitchen, sunroom, free parking, garden. Very central, near restaurants, shops and parks. 1,900 sq. ft. Contact host re 4th bedroom (has own separate entrance; is separable from rest of apt). It is almost always available. The sunroom has a grand piano, waiting to be played. The open kitchen has marble countertops, a brick chimney and a six-burner stove. We left you wine, beer and chocolate. Enjoy!

Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
