I'm a college professor and I took the 5 undergraduates in my lab on an insect-collecting trip to Florida over spring break. We spent 2 nights at David's place. The students were amazed that our funding sources could afford and condone such luxury. I explained that for the 6 of us it was actually cheaper than getting the 3 standard motel rooms we would need otherwise. Later they complained about the sulfur smell of the water (which David had warned me about in a private message before accepting our reservation, and which I had warned the students about), and I pointed out that the smell was probably why we could afford to stay there. They said they didn't mind the smell that much after all.

My family will definitely look for an opportunity to use this property again. Ann has gone above and beyond to provide guests with a home that is fully stocked with whatever you might need during your stay. Fishing the private lake was a huge hit for our 8 year old boys. Don’t pass this property up.

Our stay was fantastic and the house is absolutely beautiful with so many little details and eclectic decor. Such a great stay for our large group. I highly recommend it and we plan to come back next time family is in town!

Fantastic Location - the place was very clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay for our Son's graduation. I would say that I'd come back, but FSU has taken enough of our family's money :). Picture perfect wedding for our son and his new bride. Host was extremely helpful with wedding vendors, ideas and more. We stayed the week and could not have picked a more perfect space for our small celebration. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The wedding photos are stunning.
