My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

1 bedroom cottage, located right across from the Casino Ballroom, and a 1 minute walk to the main strip/and right across from the beach! It is on the 2nd floor,w/1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, comfy couch in the living room , as well as an air mattress in the closet. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Private, 2bd, 1st floor unit in historic Amesbury

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Antique New England getaway . Recently renovated, but tastefully original. Everything you need is within walking distance; shopping, grocery, dining, lake, short drive/ride to beach. The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
