Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Bathroom with shower includes towels. Kitchenette has dishes, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven (no stove). Furnished porch has tabletop Weber grill with fuel. Come stay on the grounds of a 1913 French Colonial in the original carriage house at Peony Hill. The carriage house is a full one bedroom, full bath, kitchen, eat-in dining area, along with spacious living room complete with a cottage/cabin feel. The new June 2022 remodel decor is quaintly appointed with regional Maine finds and vintage antiques scattered in the professional decor.

Total capacity: 12 guests.
