Fully self contained fully renovated property in a very quiet cul de sac. The beach access is 5 metres just outside the personal gate.

There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
