Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

Max and Ray's condo was well appointed, clean, and just like photos in the listing. The grounds of the condo community were well kept and inviting. We will definitely be back during our next stay in the Orlando area.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Universal Studios theme parks and Volcano Bay, just a short uber ride away! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, coffee is included, the host is super responsive, it’s clean, and great water pressure for showers! I would absolutely stay at this Airbnb again!

We had the most wonderful stay ! It provided the perfect environment for our family to relax and unwind while preparing for my son’s wedding. The space was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The hosts were also fantastic — very responsive and always ready to help with any questions or requests. This home was perfect for my group. We ranged in ages 3 to 35. The home was exactly how it was described and the hosts are amazing! There is a good restaurant walking distance from the home. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

As advertised, the house IS historic. There are some areas that could use some updating, but they weren’t big issues. We only had 5 people staying, but the house is big and could definitely accommodate much more. The house is close to downtown which is cute with lots of restaurants and little shops. We were in town for a skydiving competition and this house is just 10 minutes from the drop zone. It’s the perfect crash pad for teams or groups traveling from out of town! The host was very responsive and flexible as we had to add a day weeks after booking. Instructions were very clear, and the hosts take some of the nuances away from you that make checking out easy breezy. Dirty dishes? Just leave them in the sink. Used towels, just leave them in the bathroom. No stripping of the beds needed, no need to take out trash just gather in bags. Would definitely book again if ever coming back to the area!

Cool pad in a hip neighborhood. Great common area for cozy tv watching and outdoor bird watching. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Loved walking to the bookstore and Park Ave CDs through the classic Florida neighborhood. Our family of four really enjoyed this place, and we would stay again.

Came down for a swim meet at the Rosen YMCA. Fantastic accommodations minutes from the pool. Clean rooms with great amenities.

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

Cj is a very responsive and dedicated host. All went very smoothly from booking to checkout. The unit and furnishings were as pictured in the listing and the view was better than expected. If the weather had been more desirable, I would have spent many more hours on the lanai watching all of the dolphin and boat activity on the intercoastal. The lanai was nicely furnished with a small settee and a high top table for eating. Holiday lights on properties across the water lit up the night. The location was very good. Lots of paved walkways on the property and a more ambitious walk or short drive to Flagler restaurants and historic Canal Street. I was surprised to see that Cj provided a generous supply of soaps and paper products for our use. The king bed was wonderful—firm and comfy with high end bedding—and the property was extremely quiet. I would not hesitate to book again with Cj.

Vitoria is such a great host; super responsive and proactive, helped me with anything I needed! Everything was as described and in case we forgot anything, such as body wash and even cotton rounds for your skin care. We felt right at home and the location was perfect; literally blocks away from the downtown nightlife, restaurants and major highway. Would absolutely recommend if you are trying to stay downtown Orlando. Thanks Victoria!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gigi’s home. It was perfect for 4 adults. It felt like we were in a friend’s private home with all the decorations, nice quality furnishings and abundant linens , and a very well stocked kitchen . We enjoyed the condo complex. There were two pools, two gyms and a close walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the quiet location and enjoyed being a short drive away to many restaurants and stores.

Came down for work and brought family to enjoy Florida. Great place to rest and unwind.
